Common issues

  • Login not working? Try signing out and back in. Make sure you're using the same email you originally signed up with.
  • Trading disabled in your region? Clover restricts trading in certain jurisdictions via IP geo-blocking. See our Compliance page for the full list.
  • Deposit not showing? On-chain deposits can take a few minutes to confirm. Check the Polygon block explorer for your transaction status.
  • Withdrawal stuck? Ensure all your open positions and pending orders are closed before attempting a withdrawal.
